Painted Stave Frozen Tropical-ish Negroni (Sorta)

Painted Stave Frozen Tropical-ish Negroni (Sorta)
Makes 4 cocktails

Not gonna lie, this cocktail is fairly high maintenance (it’s an optional two blender situation to achieve the layered look) BUT probably worth it, especially if hosting incredible parties with very impressive drinks.

Ingredients
First Blender
4 oz. Painted Stave Gin
2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
3 cups of frozen pineapple
2 oz. Orgeat (can be subbed for simple syrup)

Second Blender

4 oz. Campari

2 oz. Sweet Vermouth

2 cups of frozen mango

Method

Note: If you don’t care about the ‘layered look’ feel free to add all of the ingredients to a blender at once, blend until smooth and enjoy!

1. Measure all your ingredients, and add those under the ‘first blender’ list to the blender. Blend until smooth, and the fill the first layer of four glasses. Pour the remaining into a container with a spout and set aside.
2. Working quickly, add all the ingredients under the ‘second blender’ list to the blender. Blend well, and pour into the glasses as the second layer.

3. Continue layering the pineapple and mango mixes until you have used all of your slushy mix.

4. Either serve right away, or keep in the freezer until about 15-minutes before serving.
