We distill and bottle all of our products by hand, making each of them unique and wonderful it their own way. Each of our bottles is also hand numbered and signed, so you know there are real people behind every drop.
Mainstays: Spirits we offer at all times
Diamond State Straight Bourbon Whiskey–
65% corn, 26% Rye and 9% Malted Barley, aged 2 years (30 g cask). Light auburn brown color, slightly sweet, with notes of oak, corn, toffee/caramel, oatmeal cookies and white pepper.
Diamond State Rye Whiskey–
67% Rye, 25% Corn and 8% Malted Barley, Aged 10 months (10 g cask). Deep auburn brown color, with notes of oak, corn sweetness, grass, smoke, cherries, leather, cinnamon, vanilla, allspice, caramel/toffee and white pepper.
100% Wheat. Clean, clear, slightly sweet with notes of vanilla and wheat.
Silver Screen Vodka infused with Fire Roasted Espresso Beans & Belgian Candied Sugar. Light brown color with notes of coffee, smoke, roasted peppers, baker’s chocolate, vanilla and caramel/toffee.
Wheat, Lavender, Juniper, Lemon Balm, Sweet Goldenrod, Coriander, Orris Root, Angelica Root. Western styled, clear, dry and complex with notes of lavender, pine, citrus, fruit, mint, spice and licorice.
Off the Hoof Scrapple Vodka–
Corn, Scrapple, Apples, Sage, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Bay Leaf. Clear, savory, slightly sweet with notes of sage, bay leaf, apples, and cracked black pepper.
Made in partnership with our friends at Fordham and Dominion Brewing Company in Dover, this Malt Whiskey is distilled from their Double D Imperial IPA, then aged in a new oak barrel for 16-18 months. It takes about a gallon of beer to make one 375ml bottle of this whiskey. It is available twice a year in the spring and fall.
Avant-garde: Experimental batches made to test our skill and your taste
Look for very small batches of experimental spirits available only at the distillery, products distilled, flavored and aged in interesting ways. When these are gone they are gone!
2014 Harvest Grappa–
Distilled from locally grown red wine grapes. This years release includes very small releases finished with either French or American oak in addition to the neutral brandy.
Hoppin Honey Vodka–
Our silver Screen vodka, infused with local honey then aged for a year in a 12y0 Elijah Craig Bourbon Barrel. After aging it was dry hopped with locally grown Chinook hops.
SpRy– (SOLD OUT)
An experimental whiskey distilled from Spelt, Rye Malt and Barley Malt, then aged for a year in a bourbon barrel. Light sip-able whiskey with a unique nutty character.
Ye Old Barley Whiskey (SOLD OUT)-
A traditional Irish whiskey mash bill consisting of 100% barley, with a healthy dose of smoked malts for a light sipping whiskey with a smokey kick.

Made in partnership with Harvest Ridge Vineyards. Distilled from Merlot, Malbec, and Cabernet grape pommace

Juniper forward gin aged for 5 months in a used red wine barrel
South River White (SOLD OUT)-
Juniper forward gin aged for 5 months in a used white wine barrel
Bourbon Barreled Time Warp Espresso Vodka (SOLD OUT)-
Our Time Warp Espresso Vodka, rested for 3 months in an Elijah Craig Bourbon Barrel. Strong bourbon notes compliment the rich coffee and chocolate noted from the espresso.
