Painted Stave Distilling crafts premium spirits in small batches using the best regional ingredients that we can source. We use these spirits to bring you thoughtful and inventive cocktails, designed to delight. We’ve also got a taco truck that is open when we are, which is pretty cool.

The Painted Stave sour

Ingredients

2 oz. Painted Stave Bourbon
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Egg whites (if desired)

Method

Add everything to a shaker packed well with ice. Shake vigorously, at least 30 seconds, and strain into a glass. Enjoy!
